You can return or exchange your items within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us at support@bashcollect.nl.
In your email, state whether you want to return or exchange the item and include your order number. You will then receive further instructions from us.
Once we have received your return at our store, it will be processed within 7 business days. We are not responsible for loss during return shipping. Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by us.

Return Conditions
Please make sure your return meets the following requirements:

Items must be unworn — no creases, dirt, or signs of use

All original accessories (tags, extra laces, cards, etc.) must be included and attached

Always ship the return in an additional outer box to prevent damage

Keep your proof of shipment — we are not responsible for lost returns
Returned Goods
To avoid possible customs charges, please ensure returns are shipped correctly. BASHCOLLECT is NOT responsible for any additional return costs due to customs adjustments.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method for the returned goods. Please allow up to 10 business days after the items arrive at the BASHCOLLECT warehouse for the refund to be processed.
Financial institutions may require additional days to complete the transaction before the money appears in your account. You will receive a notification from us once the refund has been issued.
