Products

We exclusively sell new items. No warranty is provided on products unless the item arrives damaged. In such cases, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Orders and Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

• iDEAL

• Klarna

• Credit Card

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 4 hours of purchase.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

Order before 11:59 PM and receive your order the next business day.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €6.95.

International shipping is available. Shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Liability

Bashcollect is not responsible for damage to products unless the item arrived damaged. In such cases, we will resolve the issue and provide a replacement or another suitable solution.
