Returns or Exchanges
No worries! You can return or exchange your items within 14 days after receiving your order.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send an email to support@bashcollect.nl.
Include your order number and let us know whether you want a return or an exchange. You will then receive further instructions from us.
Once we receive your return in our store, it will be processed within 7 business days.
We are not responsible for any loss during return shipping. Return and exchange costs are not reimbursed.

Return Conditions
Please make sure your return meets the following requirements:

Items must be unworn: no creases, no dirt, no signs of use.

All original accessories (tags, extra laces, cards, etc.) must be included and attached.

Always ship your return in an extra outer box to prevent damage.

Always keep your shipping receipt; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returned Goods
To avoid any customs charges, ensure that goods are declared correctly.
BASHCOLLECT is NOT responsible for any additional return costs.
A refund will be issued through the original payment method for the returned goods.
Processing may take up to 10 business days after the items arrive at the BASHCOLLECT warehouse.
Financial institutions may require extra time to finalize the refund before the amount appears back in your account.
You will receive a notification from us once the refund has been completed.
